Can I change the duration of my rental?

No worries! Whether you want to extend or shorten your rental period, simply contact us by email or via the “Contact” section here

Are there any documents required to rent?

Renting is a personal commitment. Therefore, we must be able to verify your identity. Therefore, we will ask for proof of identity at the end of your rental application.

Is there a deposit to pay?

Yes, a deposit will be required upon delivery, by bank transfer or in cash. Payment is required to complete the furniture installation.

If I damage a piece of furniture, what happens?

Don't panic, normal wear and tear of furniture is included in our rates. We simply ask that you treat them as if they were your own.

If an item is damaged more seriously, a deduction may be made from the deposit to cover the cost of repair. If the deposit is insufficient to cover the cost of repairing the damage, additional compensation may be requested.

What happens at the end of my rental period?

Is it over already? Not quite. We'll get back to you very soon to find out what you'd like to do from these options:

  • Returning the furniture : we will collect the rented furniture within two weeks.

  • Extend the rental period : your contract simply continues, under the same conditions as at the start.

  • Buying all or part of the furniture : Are you attached to your furniture? Let us know by email and we will offer you a suitable price upon request.
